Prior to the shoot, we will fully communicate with you regarding style, scene, costumes, props, and other details to ensure the outcome meets your expectations.
Post-Production Editing Services: For the photos taken, the Company offers professional post-production services, including but not limited to color correction, blemish retouching, and photo layout design, to deliver high-quality photographic works.
Photography Training Courses: Our team of professional instructors offers diversified photography courses for users of different skill levels. Course content includes photography basics, shooting techniques, and post-processing software tutorials. Courses are offered via live streaming, in-person sessions, and video tutorials.
Online Platform Services: Our online platform allows you to book services, display works, and engage with a photography community. You can browse our service items, prices, customer reviews, and conveniently make bookings. You may also showcase your own work and exchange experiences with other photography enthusiasts.
2. Service Provision
The Company will fulfill its service obligations according to the content, time, and location agreed upon with you. If the Company fails to deliver services as scheduled or as promised due to its own fault, we will notify you promptly and take remedial actions, such as rescheduling, adjusting service content, or offering appropriate compensation.
You are required to provide necessary information and assistance prior to service delivery, such as shooting themes, personal preferences, or your skill level for training sessions. If incomplete or inaccurate information from your side causes delays or prevents service provision, the Company shall not be held liable.
III. Service Usage Guidelines
1. Account Registration and Management
Registration Requirements: To use certain services requiring an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your name and contact details. You are responsible for the authenticity and legality of the provided information. If false information is submitted, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny services.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and must not lend, lease, or sell them to others. If you detect unusual logins or security issues, you should notify the Company immediately. Losses due to poor account security will be your own responsibility.
Account Usage Restrictions: While using your account, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may not use your account for illegal activities such as posting unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, or committing fraud. If you violate these rules, the Company reserves the right to limit, freeze, or delete your account and pursue legal responsibility.
2. Service Booking and Payment
Booking Process: You may book services via the Company’s online platform or other designated channels. During booking, please review service details, prices, and schedules carefully, and fill in the required order information as prompted. Once your order is confirmed, it becomes effective.
Payment Methods and Timing: The Company offers various payment methods as shown on the booking page. You must complete payment within the specified time. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled. The Company is not responsible for booking failures caused by payment issues.
Price Adjustments: The Company may adjust service prices based on market conditions or cost changes. Adjusted prices will be published on the website or relevant platforms. For paid orders, the original price remains valid; unpaid orders are subject to the updated pricing.
3. Service Changes and Cancellations
User-Initiated Changes or Cancellations: If you wish to change or cancel a booked service, you must notify the Company at least [X] working days in advance. 2. Respect for Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Company’s services, including but not limited to photographic works, course materials, software programs, and website content, belong to the Company or the respective rights holders. Without written permission from the Company or the rights holders, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, rent, license, or otherwise infringe upon these rights.
Any works you generate while using the Company’s services (such as photography uploaded to the platform) remain your intellectual property. However, you grant the Company a global, permanent, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and promote your works for the purposes of service operations, marketing, and promotion.
3. Maintaining Service Order
You must not interfere with, damage, or attack the Company’s service systems by any means, including but not limited to using hacking techniques, malicious software, or web crawlers. You must also refrain from posting spam, advertisements, false information, or other content that may disrupt other users’ experience on the Company’s platforms.
4. Respect for Others’ Rights
While using the Company’s services, you must respect the lawful rights of other users and Company staff. You may not engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening behavior. If your actions harm others’ rights, you shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
V. Service Quality and Assurance

The Company will provide high-quality services with a professional and responsible attitude, in accordance with industry standards and your agreement. For photography services, we ensure that equipment functions properly and our team acts professionally. For post-production services, we guarantee editing meets industry norms and your expectations. 2. Feedback and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the service quality, you may file a complaint via our online platform, customer service hotline, or other official channels. Please include order details, specific complaints, and your desired resolution.
